Services
Trifusion Foundation Repair performs external foundation repairs using three types of exterior foundation piers. When encountering thin layers of rock that cannot be penetrated using the other 2 types of piers, drill and drop pipe piers are the best option. We will drill until we reach a proper depth.

Step 1: Upon arrival at your home, we will begin excavating. We will carefully remove shrubbery and plants where necessary, so they can be re-planted after the repairs are completed. Step 2: Pre-determined holes, approximately 2' by 2' wide and 3' deep, will be dug around perimeter. We will breakout concrete where necessary using a jackhammer.

We remodel houses here in Tulsa. I used to shy away from flips that had structural damage because I did not under how to repair a foundation or how to estimate cost in my budget. I was really impressed with how fast they were to respond and how fast they got the job done. This was my first experience with piering. Trifusion showed up a day early to accommodate the incoming weather. I enjoyed working with Jill, she kept me updated and posted, and she kept in touch throughout the whole process, always quick to respond. I will most definitely call them for my next flip, if we have are in need of piering.

Very disappointed - had work done 5 years ago. Left a mess when work was completed. Had to have them return almost immediately to do adjustments- again work was shoddy. Contacted them a year ago due to extensive shifting again. Said they would be out in 3 weeks with plan to fix. Have not heard from Mike since. Have attempted numerous ways to contact them (emails and phone) no response at all, going on a year. Very unethical as we invested $20K in repairs with them - poor product and no response in honoring the contract. Do not use them.

I had some outside cracking of the native stone veneer. Mike came out and checked it and gave a good explanation of why it needed 4 piers. The job began several days later and was completed in 2 days. The cleanup was pretty good. I had to do some minor landscaping afterward to smooth out the dirt that was removed. That was in May of 2017. I recently noticed some cracks on the other end of my house and called Trifusion again. Mike came out and looked, measured the interior floor for level, and told me that I didn't need any piers this time and explained the difference in the cracks this time versus

Trifusion came out today to level my house. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. The warranty they offer is great. Trifusion foam injection was way cheaper than the cost of piers. The process took less than one day which was great for my busy schedule. I will definitely use them in the future if I need more work done.
