Services
We carry oxygen concentrators, portable concentrators, home fill system, and oxygen tanks. For travel you can rent portable concentrators. Please check with FAA website for approved portable concentrators. The Alice PDx portable diagnostic recording device is intended for Obstructive Sleep Apnea screening, follow-up and diagnostics in polysomnography and sleep disorder studies.

Had a great experience reordering supplies for my father. I won’t disclose names, but the person who answered my call was polite and successfully helped me, she didn’t give up and found a way to make it happen. Best experience I have had so far.

Unprofessional and uncaring staff. Called to tell me my “dad died and they wanted their wheelchair back.” No condolences, no kindness just wanted their wheelchair. Happily to oblige them and never do business with them again.

Respiratory Care Plus staff were incredibly supportive throughout the frustrating 6 weeks it took to receive mothers required medical equipment following her hospital release having battled Covid.
RCP became an invaluable resource to me understanding the even deeper frustrations of Medicare billing, codes and forms needed. The folks at RCP were also an advocate on mom's behalf, assisting me in pushing a foot dragging Dr's office that repeatedly sent improperly completed paperwork.
Kudos to all of you wonderful people that graciously put up with my weeks of daily calls. And many thank yous!

Person that works there very rude and non-professional. Yelling on the phone stating “ we can’t put your daughter to the front of the line!” I never asked this woman whose name starts with a V to put my daughter first . I was merely calling to see if the “other” clinic I. Kerman had gotten the faxed papers necessary for my daughter’s hospital bed since it took the other EIGHT days to receive a fax.. as a registered Nurse for many years I would never treat a patient or their family so rude and non- professional!!!!

Addendum:The owner contacted me immediately, listened to my feedback politely, offered helpful suggestions and resolved the situation to my satisfaction Much appreciated. Listening and courtesy go a long way!
I am shocked and saddened by the way this company treats customers, most whom are elderly and in poor health. I would like the owner of the company (not the manager, she was rude and extremely defensive) to provide contact info so I can share my recent experience. This company provides a needed service to the community and I know they can do better.

Extreemly horrible billing department! They are very rude and unprofessional! I know they are the only Medicare provider in this area, but if possible avoid using them at all cost! It will save you money and headaches in the end!

Great Company to to work with. Very friendly staff.
I was reading other reviews, most seems to be payment issues. If insurance refuse to pay, your responsible for the payment. Any business can not survive on free service.

Were able to work with doctor's office personnel to get paperwork straightened out, were pleasant, followed up, polite and knowledgeable, showed up on time with all the necessary equipment and great explanation of how it was to be used. Its been over a month and still waiting for my dads shower chair. Hes already going to get his prosthesis next week. Every time I call they are still waiting for it to come in. 2 months seems excessive.
