I scheduled an appointment for an oil change about 4 to 5 days in advance, then called the day before to ask how much time would be needed (so I could schedule my work day accordingly). I dropped it off, and came back an hour later (as I was instructed), and they hadnt even STARTED the oil change...or called me to ask for authorization to upsell me on another service (which was apparently their intent). At that point I didnt have time to wait another hour for them to do their job, because I had to get to mine. So I left and took my car to a more reputable company later. Dont let these guys waste

I had been told by a dealership shop that I needed almost $3000 of transmission work. This was only AFTER I told them about a puddle of fluid I found on my driveway. Before I told them that, their service report showed everything was fine. I checked online &, based on other reviews, I took my vehicle in to Mr. Transmission Milex for a 2nd opinion. Turns out the fluid on my driveway was from an oil leak caused by the dealership shop failing to properly tighten the oil filter when they did my last oil change. I sincerely appreciate the honesty & integrity of Mr. Transmission Milex and will be using

I'll be coming to this mechanic for the rest of my life. They are dependable, fair, honest, and don't talk down to you. They helped me pick my most recent car based on my needs. So far it is cheaper and more reliable than the Toyota I used to swear by. I was prepared to sacrifice on either cost or time for repairs, but honestly they are fast and do not overcharge.

Roman and Curtis were great to work with... I had to reschedule my drop off due to weather, and they were still able to keep me in the weekly schedule. Most shops will bump you weeks if you miss, kinda like the Doc's. Promised repairs were completed on-time, and on-budget. Named a Transmission shop, but they do it all very professionally. Thank you Gentleman.

These guys are a total scam joke they put a lien on my vehicle for work they didn’t even perform I tried to contact them over & over they ignored me come to find out they put a lien on my car and filed a private property impound & had their family member stamp it do not go here warning they are a scammer now I have to take them to court to get BACK MY OWN VEHICLE for services they never performed mind you I paid them more than they even did yet no service was worked on

My parents have used Mr Transmission for over 20 year. The owner and mechanics know my parents by name. With this passed week's subzero tempatures, my car would not start Even after getting a new car batter. I had AAA tow my car to Mr. Transmission. The diagnosis was that I need change my key fob batteries also and take them out of the case I was… carrying them in. They did not charge me since they did not actually do any work on it. I want to thank Roman Combs (Owner), Dan Schrock (Master Certified Lead Tech), and Curtis Davis (Service Advisor) for such a wonderful experience at Mr.Transmisision. I was on a 3000 mile road trip, passing through OKC, when my car began to overheat. It was the night before Xmas eve. They were open on Xmas eve to diagnose and fix my problem in a few ours.
