Our apartments are unlike any other! We offer very clean well maintained units, all major appliances are included, assigned parking and also garage parking is available at certain units, friendly management, everything in the units are maintained by the AAA Property Maintenance Service, LLC all within a safe and beautiful Community.
Services
Pet: Small Dogs/Cats are allowed but there is an additional fee required of $250.00 per pet and there is a 2 pet limit. Maximum weight of 25lbs. Also the rent will increase $30.00 per pet, per month. Do not fax to the credit check company or we will never receive it. We will not process the application until payment is received.

We rented from this property manager in 2015-2017. Coincidentally, after they ran my credit check, 3 of credit cards were maxed out and new store accounts were opened. At first, I did not draw the connection and we proceeded to rent a house from the property manager. When the water line broke, they did not take care of the $200+ water bill and made false claims so we could not get the security deposit back.

I have not been able to find this place and most of the time it pops up when I'm driving through Corrales I do not know if this is an error on Google side or if there's actually a Property Management Center in this area that is just not advertising where it is please review yourself on Google and check to make sure that all your stuff is active in relevant otherwise please take your business off if you are real and can talk to me and reply to me I will consider taking this message down
