I used ABC limo for transport from Dulles to Washington DC. The driver, Tarik was rude and unprofessional. He refused to load my luggage into the SUV. He told me I had to help him. When I refused, he told me it wasn't his job. He stood at the back of the car and stared at me. Another limo driver that was at the airport picking up someone else, came over and put my luggage in the car.
Tarik never opened my car door. He pulled away and immediately made a phone call and was speaking to someone in Hindi, I believe on the phone while driving me.

The booking was smooth and our driver was great and we couldn't have asked for a better driver. However, the company itself is janky. First of all, they put us on a bus where the radio went out whenever we hit a speed bump or pothole. Then when I called to complain, they asked me to just listen to the radio. I told them no I want to use bluetooth so they either need to fix or send another bus.

Hired ABC and rented the 14 person Hummer Limo. 30 minutes before arrival time was told car was leaking brake fluid and not coming. The only option was to wait and miss the 20 person restaurant reservation by one +hour or take a bus that only seated 13. Price was adjusted down supposedly for inconvenience and lower cost vehicle. They made it sound like we were getting a good deal for our troubles. Originally 20% tip was built into price and a 15% surcharge which they took both off. I should have known this was a set up from the start. When I inquired about a truck stretch limo, I was sent fantastic pictures of a stretch white limo. When I paid my deposit, they stated there was no longer one available. I was offered a party bus for the same fee. I initially gave them a fight for the party bus because I requested a white truck. Since the deposit is non refundable, I felt forced to take what they had.

Hired a vehicle and never received a confirmation. Called multiple times and was told over the phone that I would receive a confirmation within a few minutes. I stopped calling after the third time. Also, the phone operator was VERY rude and unreasonable. Would avoid at all costs, highly unprofessional!

This went flawlessly. The reservation staff worked quickly and efficiently with me to make a reservation to pick up 10 of my family at a hotel in Crystal City. The driver, Munawar, picked up my family at their hotel and delivered them to my house exactly on time (He was actually early). He then returned later in the evening to take my family back to their hotel. He was very professional, courteous, and my family had nothing but great things to say about the service. This was the best.

Hired these guys to take daughter and friend to prom. Driver was very rude. Drove with earbuds in the whole time (illegal in va). When dropping off 2 18 year old girls on a rural street with 35 mph speed limit he wouldn't pull into circular drive way and instead stopped on the highway. Unfortunately 20 percent gratuity was added to the price. Called the company to asked for the gratuity portion of my fee back and register a complaint. Got a return call defending the driver on all points. I and another adult witnessed the driver behaviors so not just the word of the young ladies.

I had an excellent experience with ABC Limo. The reservation staff were extremely helpful and professional. I organized a point-to-point transfer bus for 28 passengers, and the price was very reasonable. The driver was early, the vehicle was on time and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about ABC limo. I was definitely a bit skeptical given some of these earlier reviews and that we would be using their service for an engagement. However, they were truly great and professional from start-to-finish. Of the 5 companies that I looked at, ABC was by far the most responsive, and most willing to work with me on price and time. They provided a thorough review of the features in their fleet and the limo that they provided was new, very clean, and stocked with ice, water, and had the necessities (sound system, heat/ac, intercom, divider, etc).

I can speak to my service from Bethesda to Dulles: Sunny T was an excellent driver--he was helpful, polite and very professional. We had an enormous amount of bags due to our move and he delivered exceptional customer service skills. When we return from overseas we will ask for Sunny T. for all transportation services. Overall, I thought ABC gave my husband and me excellent service. Even arrived a few minutes early, which I truly appreciated!

Taking advantage of people when they're desperate is how I feel about this limo service. We were having trouble with our limo so we call ABC limo. After talking they came with an SUV when we ask for a limo. To make things worse they still charge us for their trip. This is a horrible Service highly NOT recommend it.

DON'T book! There are plenty of limo services in the DC area so don't give this one your business! I booked for 8 hours for my best friend's 40th birthday and the first dissapointment was that they would not be supplying the white limo that I ordered weeks in advance. Then on the day they informed me half way through the day that they were charging me for spilled beer...THERE WAS NOT ANY BEER SPILT IN THE LIMO. So I believe this company just gives a low quote then charges any fee for something to get the amount they want. DO NOT BOOK! They are NOT interested in customer service

When calling their reservation phone number I was asked to repeat names, hotels, flight info multiple times, which if it had been entered properly I would not object. Needless to say my first three email confirmations had errors ranging from phone numbers to destination address. I scheduled my return trip to the airport a few days into my trip. I had the same experience on my second call. Repeated names, spelling of hotel, etc. My confirmation had a number of errors as before. In the end I called multiple times to correct my confirmation. I utilized this company as a last minute limo service on April 18 to take my mom and others out for her birthday dinner. The driver arrived on time, but the car smelled as if they h ad dogs sleeping in there. The radio was horrible. Then we went over the 4 hours and they billed my credit card the agreed amount of $525 and $655 which is the rate inclusive of overage. I've called 3 times regarding this and they stated they are going to remove the $525 charge but they still haven't to date.
Needless to say I've called the bank and filed a dispute to have the bogus charge removed.

I had a great experience with the company. I must have called to change my pick up time 3 times, and they always accommodated.
On the day of the pick up, i got a call 30 min before the driver was supposed to be there to tell me there was an accident our limo was involved in, and before i could *gasp* they informed me that i would be upgraded to a limo hammer. yes please!
