I believe we have used Astute for at least the last 6 or 7 years and they have always been our go to when we have any issues. They sell great products and services at fair prices and they're are always available to schedule quick service so you're not waiting weeks to have your project/issue taken care of.

Our company was having consistent Internet connectivity issues which of course leads to productivity issues and expense. Astute Technology Management assessed our situation and needs then proposed a range of solutions for us to choose from that went beyond just Internet connectivity. As our company has continued to grow we found that it was not cost effective to continue to try and do all of our own Network Administration and End User support for our employees. Astute has come onboard and done a fantastic job of integrating themselves into our environment relatively seamlessly. They have taken over all End User support for our company and have also taken over other responsibilities of Network Administration.
