Initially I had a great experience with Michael over the phone to get our system up and running for the first time. However after contacting him recently after plumbing work severed irrigation lines, he kept stringing me along saying he’d “get me on his list”. Despite telling him we had water leaking from the system and the shut off was not closing the water down, he failed to give me any timeline of service. Michael's sons came to repair sprinklers, but did not fix the problem. I had to call a second company to repair the sprinklers. At the holidays I forgot to pay him (he’s been paid in full since), and he called for the money 2 months later. I told him then that they had not fixed the problem, and he stated that the sprinklers were attached to a main plumbing line and that was illegal and he was going to report me. This was news to me. I was in a pinch. My sprinkler line broke and I could not locate the shut-off valve. Unselfishly, Michael Golden took the time over the phone to help me find it. I offered to pay him but he refused. He said he was happy he could help. The next time I need to have someone work on my sprinkler system it will be Atlanta Sprinkler Repair.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Sprinkler Repair. I had a large leak coming from my yard (from pipe that connects into my sprinkler shut off) and had water flooding into the street. It was late in the day and after they closed but the owner Michael Golden was kind enough to call me back and try to trouble-shoot my problem over the phone and walk me thru finding a solution to slow the leak so my family could still have water thru the night as the only way to stop the water flow was to shut the main water to the house off. His son James arrived the next morning and did an awesome job fixing

Mike and Crew were AWESOME, His son James and Grant came by to repair several heads and Clogged lines and Correct some wiring issues that were cut by another Company accidently when burring a Fiber line . Speaking with Mike on Phone for first time was like talking to A Friend I have known all my life

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I had a valve go bad that kept one zone running. I called to see if he could come out to fix my issue. He stayed on the phone with me for 10+ minutes to find the shut off valve. It was buried over the years. I was able to shut off the system until I can get it repaired. Mike is an awesome professional.

Don't waste your time with this company. Appear to be professional and knowledgeable. The Son came to inspect system, repaired a leaking valve. After leaving we noticed a massive leak at one sprinkler. Called to make arrangements to come back out to repair leak and add additional sprinklers in our back yard. After agreeing to call me back to schedule a date to come back out. I never received a response from anyone. I cannot say enough great things about Atlanta Sprinkler Repair. They were extremely professional and courteous. They not only fixed my leaking sprinkler pipe and broken valve, but also evaluated my entire sprinkler system and walked me through everything step by step.
