Used Austin Billiards for moving a pool table two floors down from the driveway. They did a wonderful job.
It started with providing the estimate quickly and fairly--other folks took 4-5 days to communicate back or their cost was double what Austin Billiards charged..
Every communication was professional and friendly. The movers were on time, professional, and fast, and did a great job.
For me, the best part was that they were willing to work after hours to move the table because of a house move. Everyone else said it'd be a couple of weeks.

After missing the dart leage with my team when I moved to TX, I knew I needed a new board. Coming to Austin Billiards was a no-brainer after reading reviews. Got a new board, wall protector, and scoreboard at a great price overall and right under my budget. Highly recommend this place and friendly staff. We played a virtual game today and the board is great quality for the price!

I’m rarely the guy to take the time to leave reviews, but the help and friendly communication from everyone here warrants my compliments! They helped me on all aspects on refurbishing an old pool table with tips, ideas, and parts. Way better than spending hours on YouTube finding the right video. Knowledgeable service like this is why I’m not going anywhere else for building the perfect game room setup. Prices are competitive and huge assortment of supplies to customize the pool table, dart board, and soon to be shuffle board. Can’t thank you all enough! Customer for life!

We needed a pool table installed on short notice for the July 4th weekend. Bought the table over the phone for delivery to a ranch. Austin Billiards stepped up and installed the table in time for a great weekend. A minor issue caused by where the table was installed was solved on schedule and it looks great. Great service, great response and great product.

After visiting several billiards stores, Austin Billiards had exactly what I was looking for.... clean lines & a modern design “CL Bailey- The Skyler” pool table at an affordable price. Madison was an excellent salesperson. She was very knowledgeable & not pushy. The next day, I called in my order over the phone & they were able to meet my wishful deadline of delivery before Christmas. The pool table & installation crew arrived on time to my Southwest Austin home on Dec. 20th. The 2 man installation crew was extremely friendly & professional. They took extreme care of my home. On their moving services: I originally spoke to a rep last week prior to buying a used pool table. (From a third party) Once they confirmed they could move it, I paid the seller to reserve the table. Today upon making final arrangements, I spoke with "Jim" who advised me that a 1 piece slate weights over 700 lbs and he needs to check with his crew, but requested I email some pics in the meantime. We recently had Austin Billiards come help us put together our pool table, stretch and re-install the felt after we moved. They were great on the phone and with getting us an appointment in the time frame we needed. On the day of the appointment, Cody and Brandon showed up on-time and ready to go. They were friendly and got to work right away. They did a great job getting us all set up and thought of everything to make sure we not only had a fully setup pool table but that we would have an accurate, level, and enjoyable playing experience after they were gone. I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed a last minute Christmas gift and called to see if they were still open. Though they were closed already, and enjoying their employee holiday party, they told me to still come by and they'd open up shop for me. They were true to their word and came to unlock the door when I walked up. What's even better was I had no clue what to get and they took the time to give me excellent customer service. They could have talked me into some expensive pool cues easily, because I knew nothing and they were aware of it, but they did the exact opposite. They told

I came in to browse the darts and the disc golf items to which they have a limited selection of both, but if you are looking for something else for your game room they may have it.
They have a lot of billiards table items and many options to help with those things related to them; repairs, felts, cloths, cues, lights, etc.

Definitely the "place to go" if you're interested in buying a pool table and or accessories. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and now I have the perfect addition to my game room. I will also be ordering a custom made dart board wall and a bar table with stools to go with it thanks to Jimmy and the guys at Austin Billiards.

This is a great establishment if you are looking for pool tables and accessories. The sales guy who helped me was awesome.
I was looking to by a couple of cue sticks and he took me through a number of them and even allowed me to try the really expensive ones to get a feel for how they play.
They have a great collection of tables and they would be on the top of my list should I ever have to replace my existing table with a new one.

I pulled up to the door to look at store hours because it appeared closed. The owner was walking out and locking up, it was an hour and a half past the closing time and he was on his way in a hurry. He still took the time to ask me what I was looking for, opened the shop up, sold me a high quality dart board and darts. I was so happy with my experience here. I noticed he had disc golf discs in there too! So cool. This is a great store.

I've bought several pool tables, one foosball table, and one ping-pong table from these folks, and been very happy with each purchase. Some have been for me, some for work.
They've installed all of these for me. Their installation team is excellent and very professional. You do need to get on their schedule, they have a lot of business. I'm very serious about pool and you should see the table leveler they use! It is amazingly accurate, like a millimeter or something per 100'. Trust me, my table is level. Hard to do on a 9' table with three pieces of slate.

I decided to make the big purchase last fall--a pool table for what I tried to dub my "fam cave." The name didn't stick; of course it's my "man cave" as I had feared but we sure do have a lot of fun with the pool table.
Austin Billiards was a great help advising me how to filter out the junk on craigslist and find a good deal. I hired them to do the move/install and they were prompt, courteous and flexible on the big day.
The seams where the slabs meet popped (probably my fault) after about seven months and they just came out and fixed it under warranty no questions
