I started my gift basket business several years ago. While I owned and operated a deli in a large office building I would build and raffle off gift baskets during the year to show thanks and appreciation to my customers for supporting my business. Eventually I was approached by some customers who asked if I would build holiday and appreciation gift baskets for their clients.
Since selling the deli I now devote all my time to developing close relationships with my customers by helping them show thanks and appreciation to their clients and employees. From creating specific baskets to expanding and changing the baskets you see on this website I'm able to create gifts for my clients that they find unmatched by other basket companies.

Reached out early in the a.m. and received a prompt response from friendly and professional Tammy, who assisted in creating a unique & custom basket for a last minute, same day delivery. This company is more than 5 stars when it comes to customer service . This was the basket they did for my Uncle last year for Christmas and I text Tammy this morning ( who remembered me ) about doing another one since my Uncle can’t be with us this year again !! She called me back , we discussed what I wanted in the basket and they will even deliver to my Uncle, who loved his basket last year !! Use this company and you won’t be disappointed!!! Top notch!!!

The reviews are all true. Basket Butler is how all businesses should run. Always. They were personal, friendly, easy, professional, kind. We live overseas and our friends in Arizona had birthdays recently. I called the number late our time which was before 8am his time. Mark was up early taking in his car to the shop and answered. He was more than happy to help me even though he was busy doing something else before getting into work. It was just like a friend would do, so it was weird to get it from a business. I texted a few personal details for the basket thinking it would be too much to ask

Moved to tucson and wanted to send a bit of our new home to our friends in california. great idea! wonderful variety of items that are not just food and of course, supporting locals in each box!
we did have a bit of snafoo with the initial box but i appreciated mark's professionalism and close monitoring of the problem which was quickly resolved.
about 15% more than i expected to pay BUT i would not have done as good of a job, it was easy to do, and as always, support he locals!!!!

Mark did a tremendous job with my request. While I’m away on military duty he was able to listen to what I wanted, create a beautiful basket and deliver it to my wife and daughter. On top of that he even went out of his way to get a bouquet of flowers I asked for. I couldn’t find a single service that could provide what Mark did. 5/5 would recommend to ANYONE.

The Basket Butler put on the SuperMan cape and became a hero for me for Father’s Day.
I wanted something that was unique and personalized for a Father’s Day gift. The basket they created was amazing.
I shared with them the uniqueness of this occasion as it would be my first Father’s Day after finding my biological dad. And they nailed it.

I live overseas and wanted to send my mom a gift basket for Mother's Day. I wanted to support a local business, and I'm so glad I did. Mark asked what I wanted in my basket, I told him, and he delivered a wonderful assortment of all of my mother's favorite things. She told me that it was the best gift basket she'd ever had, and that every gift basket always had something in it that she didn't like -- but not Mark's! Great communication, fair price, and super-personalized service. I'll definitely be back.

Basket Butler has the best customer service! It was Christmas week and suddenly we couldn't go to Tucson to see family, so needing a fast present I emailed Basket Butler from on their website and 30 mins later they called and could fill and deliver the basket before Christmas! Excellent Looking Basket! Excellent Customer Service !! 10 Stars if they were available!!
