I was selling my condo in Bellevue, WA, and I had already got an offer. As a result of the inspection, 2 windows had to be replaced. I am living out of State, so it was impossible for me to be at home to get companies to inspect the windows and give me a quote, and it was also impossible for me to be present when the repair was conducted to check its quality. Not only that, but all the Window repair companies I contacted in the Bellevue/Renton area had lead-times of 2 or 3 months for the repair to be conducted!!! However I already had an offer, and a closing date for the sale within the month

We had SGR replace the glass in every window of our house and it took less than two days with minimal disruption. The difference of having brand new low-e glass compared to our failed 25-year-old glass is amazing and worth every penny. I manage a property down in Renton while I am based up in Seattle. I hired Simple Glass Replacement to do some glass replacement on an older home and I have to say, I LOVE working with vendors like these. They were on top of communication (one of the only places that responded to my emails) and I trusted their professionalism with my tenants. John is EXCELLENT to work with. He is very professional, a great communicator, and does wonderful work. We've had a crack in our very large front window for 10 years. I finally got around to getting the glass replaced. John came out right away when I contacted him, sent the estimate very soon after he left, and the glass was ready in about a week. He had it replaced in about 30 minutes, and it looks awesome! His prices are fair and he is personable and great to work with. I highly recommend him if you need glass replaced!

We needed a large number of windows replaced as their seals were shot. From the very first point of contact John and Chris have been amazing! They gave me a great estimate, kept in constant communication letting me know what was going to happen next, they're incredibly efficient, and they're just really nice people! They even cleaned everything around the windows when they were done and moved our furniture back. We plan to have them come back later in the year to do more work on our house and I'm really looking forward to getting to work with them again.

It was great working with John & Chris! Outstanding service and very fare prices. It was virtually impossible to find someone to only replace a few windows. They would try to upsell a complete replacement for the whole house. I highly recommend them if you need glass replacement.

We have a broken glass door and need to replace it. I called and got the schedule the next day which is Saturday, really convenient that they have this option. John came for the measurement and quote. He was very professional and the quote they gave was lower than the other two companies I queried. Within 10 days (including weekends), they have the glass ready and completed the replacement. During the installation, they also replaced the trims as the existing one was in rough shape. I am very satisfied with their quality work, good communication, and fast process.

He did an amazing job! Took out our window that the seal was broken and full of moisture. It is now crystal clear and redid the screen as well. Will use them again! Cleaned up everything and was very quick.
