Tried getting these guys to install locks and safes in about 30 different locations in IL. Contacted them more than 3 times for a quote. Not even a single response to acknowledge. I went in to discuss with them - promised to email. Still waiting. Probably judgmental, unfortunately. Will never do business with such company.

Cops is amazing! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they really care about taking care of their customers. I came in with a very specific padlock request and over the course of roughly 4 weeks, the team at Cops tried everything they could to help me out. Ultimately, we couldn't get what I needed, but let it never be said that they didn't exhaust every last option available to them! Cops will be taking care of every single one of my lock needs moving forward, 10/10 highly recommend!
