I called at 4:15pm on Monday 9/14/20 and a woman answered the phone very pleasantly. I explained the situation of my A/C unit not working properly and went into great detail. She said that her husband would come to my home (1st Appointment) on Tuesday 9/15/20 between 8am and 9am. I waited patiently and No tech should up? I called and left a voicemail on the buisness phone at 9:30am. I do understand that with Covd19 issues mat arise. I called and left 2 more messages and still No response? I called a different AC Co. at 12 noon and the CSR scheduled me between 1pm and 3pm and the tech arriver @1

Used $39.95 coupon for the "system clean and tune up"
There was no cleaning and no tune up"
Tech was pleasant had no instruments, tools, cleaning supplies.
Removed panel inside used phone flashlight and ran finger on wire. Put in a new filter of mine which I do every 2 months myself and write date.
He suggested I sign up for "sanitize package for $650."
That was it.
Called office next day receptionist not helpful. Several " I apologizes"
I could not get her to tell me what the "system tune up" was.
Bottom line: waste of time ripoff.

Costa saved the holidays! We had a broken pool heater and 4 families coming from Chicago to celebrate Christmas and enjoy the Florida weather in December. It happened to be the owner's (Adrian's) birthday and yet, he took care of removing the old and installing a new pool heater within hours of coming to the house and diagnosing our issue. Adrian and his crew were professional, courteous, clean and incredibly swift with the service. Bottom line - they did what they said they were going to do, and quickly. Hard to find this type of work ethic these days. Highly recommend!

Questionable competency, horrible receptionist and shady business tactics. We just ended our almost 2-year relationship with these people after repeated issues and concerns with the new unit placed in our home. Recommended from our neighbor we trusted their advice and chalked up the mis-step along the way as just our bad luck. Our second opinion came in today with not favorable marks for the Costa team. Didn't file for permits until repeated attempts from us to find out why. Unit installed in August, permit applied for in December? Response from receptionist was "The city is really backed
