She is the creator of the Opportunity Training Program, a Science-Based Coaching and Training Program with measurable results using Evidence-Based Practice Standards.
This show is about helping people build businesses that allow them the freedom to live more, work less - and create the life they are meant to live. Entrepreneurship isn't perfect! So worth it. In 2008, with less than five hundred dollars, I launched Rivera Business Development. I did it because of the belief that entrepreneurship could provide the means to rise above one's circumstances - and it does.
At Rivera Business Development our goal is to provide the latest advances in the science of the mind and how we can coach people to change behavior, based on the research being done around the globe, and our understanding of Executive Functions and self-regulation. Over the past decade, advances in neuroimaging have been revealing more about how the brain works.
With over 30 years' experience in leadership and personal development, Dinette Rivera offers an in-depth and wide-ranged level of expertise when it comes to speaking for you and/or your employees. For those of us who began our entrepreneurial journey from the margins of society, "Life-Saving" is not hyperbole. For us, there's also no more satisfying or productive way of 'giving back' than sharing the "Gift of Entrepreneurship" with those who can benefit most.
