Phil and his team did more than I expected. First, Phil is one of those guys that you know is honest. He did not hide any extra cost, I knew what every item cost as well as what to expect.
Then Todd who headed up the his installation team was diligent and a very hard worker. He let me know what they were going to do next so I was always in the loop.
