When a toenail is ingrown, it is curved and grows into the skin, usually at the nail borders (the sides of the nail). This "digging in" of the nail irritates the skin, often creating pain, redness, swelling, and warmth in the toe. A fungus is an organism that lives in warm moist areas. Fungus of the toenails is a common problem that can affect people of all ages, although it most commonly affects individuals who are older.

A condition that is sometimes also called heel spur syndrome when a spur is present. Heel pain may also be due to other causes, such as a stress fracture, tendonitis, arthritis, nerve irritation, or, rarely, a cyst. All our professionals maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in the medical field.

Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn. If not properly treated, ankle sprains could develop into long-term problems. Bunions are misaligned big toe joints that can become swollen and tender, causing the first joint of the big toe to slant outward, and the second joint to angle toward the other toes.

An ankle sprain is an injury to one or more ligaments in the ankle, usually on the outside of the ankle. Ligaments are bands of tissue - like rubber bands - that connect one bone to another and bind the joints together. In the ankle joint, ligaments provide stability by limiting side-to-side movement.

I went to see this Dr today, and was very satisfied. First off, I called and let them know I had an unexpected day off today so they told me someone will call me back. The Dr called and told me to come right in. . She told me exactly where they were located, she was very clear with directions. Once I got there, I explained the two issues I was having and she gave me so much information, which I was grateful for because I didn’t now it previously. She’s very kind and down to earth She didn’t try to sell me anything, told me about some over-the-counter things I could buy, and was very thorough

I went to have my painful ingrown toenails treated. She spent way too much time on other things that were NOT a problem, She talked so much that my head was spinning with WAY TOO MUCH information, and WORST Of ALL, Never helped with my ingrown toenails. She did some silly procedure to file down the top of the nail surfaces... made a poor excuse that this may or may not resolve the ingrown problem and sent me home with a wayyyyyy tooooooo long list of instructions to treat a multitude of problems that I DID NOT HAVE. A day later, still in pain with the ingrown nails, I was trimmed them myself, the
