Receiving Someones Mail for 4 months to my home address, have returned to sender, emailed Globe Life, called and talked to Dolores,Jenny and Manager Judy who typed on computer and stated my address was taken out of mailing 4/29/2020 Guess what? 5/7/2020 received mail again! NYS Attorney General and BBB are now involved!

This complaint involves Nick Costanzo, CLTC Independent Medicare Health Consultant #A055625 State of FL Agent Number. Several months ago I contacted him in reference to health insurance as I would be retiring 01-31-2019. He was very helpful until I began asking pointed questions and expressed concerns about United American Health Insurance. Due to personal and unexpected medical issues I stopped communicating with him. This week I began to receive demanding text messages from him.
I explained my reasons for not getting back to him and the final message that I received was beyond anything I could

Worst insurance company ever, told me when I turn 80 my policy is terminated but they did not tell me until I turned 81, To God be the glory I am still here, but if I had of passed after 80 they would not have paid out, but they took my money for the extra year. To whom much is given much is required First United American Life Ins co. Shame Shame on you robbing the eldery, beware . Thing that got me though is when I called they left me on hold for over an hour, no one never came back to answer my question. This is defintely not over.

Worst. This company is a fluke. They will take your money and then keep billing you for something you paid. Customer service is non-existent.
