Through a AAA request for road side assistance for a flat tire I was able to meet Chris. He arrived, changed the tire and was finished within the one hour tme frame I was given for him just to arrive. He was professional, pleasant and trustworthy. Excellent service!!

Called at 9am car needed towed. They came about 3pm. The mechanic couldn't even work on the car and I had to cancel my 1:00pm doctor appointment after I had already made arrangements for a babysitter and everything. I am just glad I wasn't on the side of a highway waiting for them. The AAA person I first talked to said Jeff Critchlow towing would be there at 10:15am nobody came until 6 hours later and after nobody called from AAA OR THE TOWING COMPANY TO SAY ANYTHING! This is why you are losing all your valued customers! Once the tow driver got here he was friendily, courteous and put my vehicle

If you are unlucky enough to break down and you need to call AAA - (that’s another story) but Dan O’Rourke from Critchlow’s Auto body and towing comes to your rescue - well, I’d say you are the luckiest person in the world that day! When he arrived, he was professional and knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond the call. He made calls to assist because I now needed a tow. It wasn’t my battery. His service was outstanding!

I contacted Jeff Critchlow Auto Body after I hit a deer and the front end and driver side of my car was pretty badly damaged. Sandy was extremely kind and helpful over the phone and she informed me step by step how to handle this with my insurance company, the car rental, and informed me I could bring my car in at my convenience and they will be ready for me. I was running late for work the day I was taking my car in, Sandy helped me over the phone to accommodate me so I would not be there too long when I arrived with my car. Recently had much needed repairs to my older vehicle. The body work makes it look new and is very satisfactory. Auto Inspection completed at same time/place, very convenient. Joe at Automotive Dept is professional and decent, he is kind to my mother when she brings her vehicle and once bailed me out of a vehicular jam, very kind!! Jeff’s work is meticulous! The price wasn’t inexpensive ( which I anticipated) but I’m glad I didn’t put a down payment on a new car!
