Great customer service! Everyone at Xceed is very friendly and always willing to help. You don't ever get the feeling like you are in a huge financial institution. Their "security" measures are unbelievable with regard to your credit / debit cards, always proactively watching for fraudulent transactions.

The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and took time to break things down if I needed before going forward with my main inquiry.
