My son recently hired an Inspection company to perform an inspection for a condo he was purchasing and. I contacted J Martin because I had a leak coming out of my water pump next to my furnace. J Martin sent someone out that day to inspect my pump. The technician was a friendly and professional. They identified the problem and went to pick up some parts at a near by store.
He came back and installed the parts and everything was in working order again. The total time from when he got to my house to when he completed the fix was about 1 hour. I am very happy with the service and appreciated the follow up call after the service was completed. When I found out our home had asbestos in our air ducts I called another company to have it removed.

We used JMartin to handle 2 furnaces, 1 a/c and a whole house fan. Everything went smoothly and works perfectly. They handled every request we had including moving 1 a/c to the side of the house and removing another. Jesus and Leo were extremely helpful. I feel confident that we went with the right guys and I will finally be warm this winter!
Wanted to mention that he had a hiccup in our system. I called Jared and he had someone over the same to fix it. Thanks to Edgar and Anderson for spending the time to find and fix the problem.

As most I received serval bids. Even though J Martin was more expensive than other competitors Jared's professionalism and knowledge really stood out. I didn't feel like someone was trying to sell me something, but truly was going to set the system up for future success.
His team, especially Santiago, was amazing. They were all very polite, professional, and extremely hard work. They also kept me up to date on their progress throughout the entire project.

Jared was clear and professional. Evaluated the problem and proposed a set of possible solutions, demonstrating his expertise and knowledge. Santiago and Andres, the technicians who performed the install were great! Professional, friendly, and accommodating, they worked hard, maintained communication, an organized work space, cleaned up after themselves every day, and got the work done efficiently. The job was completed quickly and the house feels better than it ever has!

I was grateful enough to get them same day. Caleb was our Service Technician he sent my husband his name and number. Which made me feel safe as a women knowing who is at my door and there ETA. When he arrived he was friendly, used social distancing, & had a mask ready. He wore stuff to protect my floors from getting dirty. He spoke with my husband prior on what it could be and he was right. I honestly know nothing about my AC and I appreciate how honest they are. Thankful that we didn’t have to buy a whole new AC Unit and that he was able to fix it right away and the price was not very expensive
