It it our opinion that Marks Metal Works and Design has no integrity as company. They do not support their equipment or customers. I am of the opinion that if you take pride in the product you produce you should support it and those using it. It should not take a company over two years to fulfill promises made at the time of purchase. If a company has the misfortune of legals battles with a subcontractor then they should take responsibility for everyone who is using those control boxes produced by the company they put under a gag order. Instead no support, and only outlandish and crazy remarks
