Ordered an item from Amazon. It was the wrong size and poor quality. Wanted to return, but their policy says that they do not accept without a tag. ITEM DID NOT COME WITH A TAG. When I called them, they said that they cannot accept the item without the tag. Asked me to send pictures of the item to the email address that they would email me. But never got an email from them. NEVER buy anything from this seller.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WILL NOT SHIP, CHARGE CREDIT CARD AFTER ATTEMPTED CANCELLATION (DUE TO LONG DELAYS), SAY THEY HAVE SHIPPED AS THE REASON FOR NOT CANCELLING YET SHIPPING LABEL NOT CREATED UNTIL DAYS AFTERWARD. THEY LIE AND ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY. WALMART SHOULD HELP RESOLVE SINCE THEY ARE A ROGUE SELLER ON WALMART BUT THEY WON’T. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND CONTROL OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. I needed scrubs and they were out of stock at Amazon, so I purchased from Pulse Uniform. The order was later cancelled because they were also not in stock. This part was annoying, but not a big deal.
Two weeks later, I got a notice of fraudulent activity from American Express. Luckily they did not process the over $2000 purchase. The reason I know my credit card was compromised at PulseUniform.com is because I had not used the credit card in over two years and did not use it after. Beware if you purchase from them and check your credit card statements because someone working there is skimming

Horrible company!! They don't even deserve one star. I ordered on 3/21 with an estimated delivery date of 3/27. By April 1, my order had not even been shipped so I emailed and was responded to by someone named Anne who could barely speak English who provided me with no information at all besides assuring me they "will endeavor to dispatch all orders at the earliest." Finally on 4/8 I was told my order had been shipped and supposedly delivered on 4/9 but I never received it. I attempted to contact customer service again, and as of 4/12, have not heard back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

My scrub collection is increasing each passing day, and my budget, lets not go there. Jokes apart, these guys have made life so convenient for me. Ordered 5 scrubs & 3 pants last month on nurse’s week promotion. The variety, sizes and color options are endless. They actually have all the possible scrubs brands and top of that 10% OFF on Made to order was superb. I love the quality and the timely deliveries.

I agree with all the terrible reviews here.
Here's my story...
Paid for embroidery on four separate coats and they did it incorrectly on every single one. When I pointed out the typo (including a screen shot of the original order where it was typed in correctly) they told me there was nothing they could do. This order was over 100 dollars and they screwed up every single one, even though I wrote it correctly... And refused to fix it, refund it or even offer me a discount. I couldn't belive it honestly. Really sad and awful costumer service.

Husband ordered simple safety hats. There were delivered two hours away according to USPS. They said call Pulse uniform. I spoke with them they stated that USPS had contacted them and stated that was a missed shipment and his money would be refunded within five days, well different story for USPS. Sounds like we will be reporting to police department if his money is not returned. Sounds like a business ran from a home, because when you ask to speak to another department they put you on hold for a few seconds to just come back and say they are not available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would have seen the reviews prior to purchasing. My purchase was a gift and it's been four weeks and I still have not received my order, and they are unable to provide an exact delivery date. When ordered it says 5-8 days to receive (I have a screen shot) and when I called asking if I could get expedited shipping due to THEIR delay (since I bought these as a medical school graduation gift), they told me I would need to pay the extra fee for that shipping cost. Unbelievable!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't buy from this company.!!!! I bought uniform athletic shorts off Walmart website. When they arrived, they were cheaply made and didn't fit well so I submitted a return request. I followed the return instructions to the letter and paid return shipping. Several months passed with no refund credit. After at least 3 phone calls, I was credited less than half of the purchase price on unworn items with the tag still attached. What a ripoff !!!! I'm sure they make plenty of money reselling items returned without refunding the customer.

You can't exchange, return or refund ANY ítems with them and have to pay for return shipping! They advertise on WalMart website but don't offer items on there except scrubs - even though they make / carry various clothing for men and women!! And then you can't exchange or return items for any other brand without going through a different company and paying again for the new item!! It will COST YOU MONEY
