EDIT: The manager, Abe, was EXTREMELY helpful as soon as he got word that I was unhappy with my experience. I was very pleased with how I was taken care of and I am throughly happy that I was wrong about Southern Illinois Motorsports. They’ll have my business as long as I need anything motorsports related!!
One of the salesman talked me out of buying a helmet that I really wanted to get and convinced me to purchase one that I was unfamiliar with. It’s my fault for not sticking with what I wanted but the helmet he sold me he’s a piece of junk and he failed to mention that because of Covid

Shady place to deal with, they’re are not worried about their customer service. Have heard this from of their past customers. Wished I’d did my research before doing business at this dealership.

Should be an two and half. Buying went decent until they started trying to push all kind of extras on me that I didn't want. They finally got me to buy the $200 250 miles oil change and service. Well I called to set an appointment and was told first come first serve, I asked how long it would take and he didn't know. Said he had an opening in two weeks but I work and can't make it till 2:pm said bring, leave it, pick it up the next day. That would cost me another $30 in gas. I guess I lost my money plus out another oil change cost at home. Find a place with better service.

First time buyer on my new side by side, huge shoutout to dylan, very nice guy helped me through every step of the way answered every single question I had to make this buy very easy! Very pleased and appreciate the work and time you gave me!

Sales manager was very rude. I bought a scooter not noing I couldnt get insurance for it. I tried to take it back in 2 days. I was yelled at a f screamed at by sales manager. He is just a big bully. Then when I went in to trade for something else he wouldn't let sales help me or my mom. I didnt have insurance on it when he sold it to me. He told my mom and I he would no longer discuss it.

Dylan Benson assisted us in our purchase today of a new Honda. He was very professional and gave us his full attention. We highly recommend this shop even after our 3 hour drive to get there. Edit: I wanted to add that Jacelyn was so pleasant at the reception desk. Very courteous and cheerful! John finalized our purchase very professionally. We appreciated everyone's time today!

In under 24 hours Casey took my call, heard my request and got me into the ideal UTV to meet my every need.
Southern Illinois Motorsports will be my go-to as they have best-in-class customer service in the sales department.
Thanks Casey! We will enjoy our 2019 Ranger North Star for years to come!

After making this post below, I received a very nice call from the General Manager "on the same day" , fixing all issues I had and even going way above on service. I wanted to make sure people wanting accurate information on SI Motorsports get it with this post. Changing my review to 5 stars.

Service is horrible I wish I could give them a 1/2 star. They never return calls and do not listen to anything you say unless they are trying to sell you something

Great buying experience! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and everyone was great to work with. Casey spent some time with us and helped us figure out the best SxS to meet our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew these machines inside and out! Great job Casey, we really appreciated the help. This shop is the perfect mix of big town inventory and small town friendliness, this is hands down the place to buy and get service on those off road toys!
