Theresa was responsive, prompt and reasonably priced. We had no idea of the market where our house was selling (a distance from us) and she was so helpful - explaining how the appraisal process works, and then making it happen painlessly. She worked quickly and did an excellent job. And her price was significantly lower than others we talked to. She got the job done earlier than expected too! We hired TNT Home Appraisal because we were considering selling our house after 16 years. Knowing nothing about the housing market and with no experience selling a home, we had some apprehensions about the process and wanted an unbiased opinion of the value of our home.
