Not only were they extremely professional, nice, and honest when they installed our Well three years ago, they couldn't have been kinder and more willing to help when I called them when our power went out and the pump didn't come restart once the power was back on. It wasn't their problem because there wasn't anything wrong with pump, but they still went above and beyond to help me. I would feel very good about recommending them to anyone.

We've been having some water pressure and well problems for the year since we bought our house, but over the past weekend we reached a critical "if-the-outside-hose/washing machine/dishwasher/shower-is-on-we-have-no-water-in-the-house" point.
I called this afternoon at 5 p.m. and Tim Watts answered the phone. He stopped by on his way home, looked at the pumps and filter in my well house, explained a LOT (physics/geology), and then recommended a fix by referring me to someone at another company. On top of that, he didn't charge me for the visit.
