I was apprehensive about the initial quote at first, but after reviewing other contractors and obtaining their quotes, the 405 was OK. The 405 Reviews provided me with reassurance. They installed 5 zones with room for more to be added. Its currently 27 degrees outside so i cant utilize the system. The 405 Crew was excellent to work with. Im adding mote zones in the spring.

So you are thinking of getting a lawn sprinkler system and don't know where to start- just call 405 Irrigation and EVERYTHING will be taken care of. I called them and they came out the next day. Everything was explained to me which included all of the options I could add on such as a 3 zone system which waters my front yard AND my newly planted shrubs, a Wifi module, and a rain/freeze sensor. Also, I was asked where I wanted the control unit. I had no idea, so instead of putting it in the garage (which involved tearing up my concrete driveway and was suggested by another business) 405 suggested

We cannot say enough about our experience with 405 Irrigation. We had a leak our mowing and pool company couldn’t solve. We didn’t have any standing water, but we had an $800 water bill! They came out for a visit and ran some tests to try and isolate where the issue might be located. They did a great job of explaining, and said someone would be out to dig and solve the problem. When they came back, they found the issue and got it fixed quickly. Even better, it ended up costing us about 50% of the estimate we received. Definitely give them a call!

We began our search for an irrigation system contractor in August of this year. Of the half dozen or so companies we contacted, 405 Irrigation was one of only two companies to call us back. Their personnel were pleasant, prompt and efficient. They responded quickly with an estimate which was very reasonable. Definitely worth the wait. I contemplated going with another company when I realized how booked Steve at 405 Irrigation was. So happy that I didn’t! There’s a reason he’s a busy man. He’s one of the best! The 405 Irrigation crew was very professional, on time, hard working and very skillful. I assumed my yard would be a mess but they were very careful and ensured that any necessary digging was neatly put back together. I would definitely recommend them!

The crew at 405 irrigation did an outstanding job recently by installing our sprinkler system. Steve was extraordinary at explaining all of the technical nuances of the project and walking us through the cost and timeline. Consistently courteous and quick to respond to any question or concern, our needs were always met.

405 Irrigation installed sprinkler systems in my front and back yards. They were always very professional and courteous during the installation. Communication with 405 was excellent, Steve kept me informed from the initial estimate, all the way to the final walk through with Steve himself.
