Because we take a unique approach to every project that requires our expertise. Not all hot tubs are the same, which means not every problem is the same and requires a unique solution.
Adonis Spa Service has been first in Hot Tub Repair Service in Kansas City since 1984 when we became the first Sundance dealer in the US and the Marquis Spas dealer in Overland Park as well. Over the years we have sold many brands of spas, we have built Spas, Wooden Barrel hot tubs as well. With a background in digital electronics, in 1988, I started repairing spas and hot tubs.
Gary is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of hot tubs and how to maintain and repair them. He is responsive and lets you know what steps he is taking as well as about how long it will take. I appreciate working with people who are honest and upfront. He made some repairs to my hot tub, including replacing a cracked motor.

I’ve been desperate, for two years, for an honest tub guy...and I found him...Gary was recommended by a supply house, who gave me three names, he was one....the other two companies recommended, never called me back....Gary picked up my call, on a Saturday, (while out of town, on a personal trip)...that impressed me, from the start...he knew immediately, what the issues were, from my description...as he’s been in the business, for over 40 years....he had parts coming, by Monday...Today is Thursday. He not only replaced one, of a two tub motor, he got me the proper filters and rewired the ozinator

After much research to find a company who could answer a question about an issue with my home Jacuzzi tub, I found Gary. He was the only one who was able and/ or willing to answer my question over the phone. Not having used the tub in years resulted in a disgusting black residue coming from the jets when I finally turned it on. Gary not only called me back, but took the time to detail a process of how to clean it. Gary did some work on my hot tub last month and it was a great experience. He was responsive to calls and texts, on time with service appointments, and kept me updated on progress and cost estimates. Overall very reliable and did quality work. Would recommend to anyone.

Gary has always been there to help us with issues. We bought a new Hot Tub in 2002 and it worked great for a few years. As things broke down Gary was always there to fix things. In 2012 I rebuilt the entire "box" and Gary replaced the control panel and later pumps that just wore out. It was 25% of the cost of a new tub. I have had many issues - the last one was a bad breaker in my electrical panel - he figured it out and it wasn't even a tub problem. He didn't charge me a dime. This is the guy you need on your phone for hot tub repair.
