Todd Riggs of State Farm is a phenomenal insurance agent. He is fair and really takes the time to ensure all your insurance needs are met with a cost effective savings. Our family has partnered with him for the past 10 years and have been nothing short of impressed. One knows that the front office staff can “make or break” a business. Kelly & Laura are exceptional. They are professional and courteous. I have had Todd Riggs as an insurance agent for about 4 years now. He is nothing but dedicated to his profession and is always looking to support his client's best interest. His staff is responsive, efficient, and is always helpful when I have any questions. When I purchased a new vehicle, I contacted Todd over the weekend to see if I could have it insured to drive off the lot. Todd went the extra mile and drove into the office to send me new insurance cards. I truly feel valued when working Todd. Great experience and highly recommend to all my family and friends!

They fulfill all my needs. Any adjustments I need is just a phone call away. Even if they are not in I leave a message and its handled. They give me a courtesy call when they get in to let me know adjustments were made. They are always on top of things.

I have been with Todd Riggs and State Farm for 15 years now. I won't switch to a different INS co, even if it saved me money (but their rates are great!). Why!? Because they personalize things for me and I like a good neighbor, I can count on them! Highly recommended! You will be happy you joined their team.

Working with Todd and his team made a bad situation (a car accident that put the family van out of commission) SO much easier. Someone on the team (Kelly?) started a rental reservation immediately, which meant that I snagged the last van/ SUV at the rental lot. No way could I have crammed three car seats into an economy car! They also recommended a good repair shop close to my home, which got the job done earlier than promised. Best of all, they were kind and understanding every time I called.
