I called in to schedule a last-minute appointment on a weekday, they fortunately had an opening in 30 minutes. I arrived and there were only 2 ladies working and another customer inside.
The woman who came to cut my hair wasn’t the friendliest, she never even told me her name. I have pretty long hair and just asked for a trim and layers.
I regret not getting the stylists name, all that she really mentioned was that she was pregnant…no small talk or anything, she seemed distracted.
While she was blow drying my hair, her round brush kept getting caught in my hair and she would tug it out,

First time client making a last minute haircut appointment and wow! I was blown away with the detail from the phone conversation to letting McKenna do her hair skill. I felt like I was the center of attention and her only focus. She did not let me sit for long while doing color services. I walked in thinking I was just getting a haircut and walked out with a whole new look! I recommend McKenna and Black Cadillac!

I started coming here because my hair stylist Larissa moved over here. What a fun salon! Always a great atmosphere, great products, and a comfortable place to be. Easy access right off the 101 freeway. Larissa is amazing. She puts up with my indecision on what to do with my hair and helps point me in the right direction. No matter what she does, my hair turns out the best it's ever looked.
