I recently hired Pete, and I'm so glad to have him in my phone now because I was super impressed by his friendliness, professionalism, and expertise. He came for what I thought was a relatively simple, straightforward fix on my washing machine. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable about the machine itself, did a thorough diagnosis and fixed my problem. And, once I realized what an expert he was, I also asked him about a few other issues I was having. He was able to diagnose and advise me about a vent cleaning I needed to do for my dryer. No question, I'd hire Pete again in a heartbeat for any

Great service! Pete was quick to reply and come out to diagnose the issues with our dishwasher. He quickly returned to our house with a new motor and installed it without fuss. We greatly appreciated his speed, expert advice, and service with a smile! We will definitely use him again, if we have any issues with our appliance and highly recommend him.

I found Pete's Appliances online via a Google search. I partly chose Pete's because it's based in Roslindale not too far from my condo in the Forest Hills area of Jamaica Plain. I was encouraged by the positive reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. Originally, I tried booking an appointment via the company's website. That didn't work, so I just called. They could have sent Pete in only two days, but I was going out of town, so we scheduled it for the following week. I received email and text confirmations of the appointment as well as an appointment reminder via text the day before the appointment. I called

My oven is not a common brand and Pete was the only place that was willing to come and repair it even though it was a brand he was unfamiliar with. Pete and his team were absolutely professional and efficient. He kindly answered any questions that I had and checked multiple times to confirm it was working properly before he left. I would recommend Pete to anyone in the area!

Pete was unbelievably responsive, responsible, respectful and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my fridge over the phone, in the evening, after what was no doubt a long day on the job. Because of this conversation, he was able to order the part I needed- a part that was not easy to get-and he also managed to have it delivered the next day.
When he arrived to do the job, he was thorough and efficient. (He’s also a super nice guy, by the way!)
I have never come across such a trustworthy, skilled and communicative service person.
