I love this woman! She’s professional and if she ever has to change an appointment time she lets me know enough time in advance. We get a lot done over the phone. Hopefully I get to meet her in person soon ❤️

She does not tell you what you want to hear lol however she gives you realistic tools to meet you where you are and get better! Ms. Haynes is an awesome counselor! She has engaged in numerous thought provoking conversations with me to help me see pass myself and my emotions and become open to other points of view. She provides her honest expert opinions and is very knowledgeable in her field. She has helped me move pass some trauma and replace those thoughts with positive affirmations. I met my counselor 3 years ago and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! She’s definitely helped overcome a lot with myself in that time. I recommend her to everyone my favorite saying is “I love my counselor” She uses different counseling approaches and I love that. I’ve had a counselor before and we did not connect.
