Gold Standard owners Ben & Nicole Burdett met in 2014, and started building plans for their future. Ben has spent his entire life working on exterior home improvements and repairs, with the ultimate goal of running his own company. Nicole spent 20 years in Corporate America and now manages the business side of Gold Standard.

Ben and his wife were great to work with. You can tell Ben knows his stuff, they took the time to correct previous contractors work by rehanging gutters before putting guards on. Also shared insight on other issues our roof is having that I'd have never noticed. Great value as well!

The saying "Jack of all trades but a master of none" fits them to the T. They took forever to do a job that wasn't even done professionally. I had several issues with Nicole and the excuses run deep. She also will forget was was said or say you said things that weren't. I suggest keeping all communications to text. Wouldn't produce an itemized bill, job was way above their skill level even after modifying it. Workers show up and leave when they feel like it. When working they spend 97% of their time on the phone. Save your headaches and go somewhere else.

Gold Standard Home Improvement was AMAZING with our 3 seasons room remodel. We went from a useless, ugly room to a gorgeous usable space. Throughout the whole experience the owners and the entire team were super. Very easy to work with, no pressure and really listened when we told them our dream for the room. They kept us within our budget and worked through things when we had to make different choices with materials etc.
We can now sit in our 3 seasons room and enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book and play with our kids. We truly would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement done
