Not a quality shop no less the king of anything. Magno, is the person in charge but himself very unreliable. Quotes on cost and how long it would take both changed a few times. I drove from 2 hrs away, left the car, Tesla Model 3 for a week and it wasn't done and what was finished had bubbles wrinkles and tears upon delivery. I was livid but he said they had issues and he would put his best guy on it next time to fix it. Had to drop it off twice for week long session and it was still just poorly done. He had another shop powder coat the tires. They used too much gel and the tires wouldn't hold

The response time I got from these guys was impeccable. So fast! My family owns some automotive businesses so I'm no stranger to the industry.. But these guys.. Especially "Rob on the Job" were so friendly, accommodating, and surpassed my expectation for customer service. I would definitely send more people their way.

These guys are a joke. I had a simple job of covering an RV with a existing wrap. Magnus and his wife received me at their shop, went over the vehicle and said they'll get back to me. I called over a month and never heard back from them. COVID hit, i put the project on hold until now and when I called back I was told that Magnus had moved on and the new guy Rob is "on the job." He asked me to email him and says he'll return to me right away because that's how he is. I emailed on Friday, nothing. Called on Wednesday and was told that I had to pay a deposit to talk

Bait and switch beyond belief.
The quote was $250-300 for a plain black roof wrap with $50-75 more to take it down to the lower window line. So ~$300 to $350. All very clear from the beginning, with 3 calls to verify.
Just before I started taking the roof rack off, it turns out "you're looking at $1,200." Huh?
The front A pillars are already black, leaving the B and C pillars to wrap, about 2 sq ft extra. So for ~10% more wrapping, instead of $75 max (as quoted) now it is 4 TIMES the price?
I asked them if they just were too busy, as this made no sense at any level. "Just our pricing."

Magno and his team really took care of my roof vinyl on my Sonata! Gives it that sleek glass look. I actually stopped by a while back, but had issues with the vinyl itself, but the team was very prompt in getting back to me and servicing so it looks like brand new again! Really chill guys and would refer all friends to get their vinyl work done here next time. Thanks again guys!

They gave me a price and we scheduled an install date, they even made me put down $100 deposit to set an appointment which seemed very unprofessional. I show up on time and they tell me sorry we are swamped can you come back in 3 days. I come back. They once again say sorry we have another larger customer we need to finish. I come back a third time and was actually able to leave my car. This is the third time my wife also had to pick me up which she wasn't happy about. So I get a call about 5 hours later And I'm thinking the car is done. They instead tell me the quote was too low and

First, They changed the time of my appointment the same day of my appoinment
Second, they did a bad job It looked like sticker and they put one on top of the other and you could see the edges. It looked terrible.
I asked for the refund and remove the wrap, and they wanted to charge it for removing it. When they had done a bad job.
In conclusion, I will never go there anymore.
If they did not know they would have been sincere and I would not have wasted my time.

First they started to apply the wrong color wrap if it wasn't that I showed up to check on it they would've wrapped the whole thing. I had them change the color and I was satisfied. Two years later the plastic started to sunburn and looking poorly, I contacted king of wraps left a message but no reply, I stopped by there to show them the problem they took pictures and said the owner wasn't there. I keep calling and calling stopping by again and no response from anyone. We removed the wrap and it peeled some paint and where it was burned in it

I recently called to inquire about vinyl wrapping my motorcycle fairings. I wanted to bring in the fairings off of my 2013 CBR600RR to be wrapped gloss black. After explaining the service I would like to have performed, the woman I was speaking with told me that I would be looking at a price range of $1800-$2000 for wrapping the fairings with a basic gloss black vinyl, and that would only include labor no materials. I brought my BMW to get a black gloss wrap on the roof last year. Unfortunately, the car wash damaged the wrap on the antenna. Since King of Wraps had a one year warranty, I called them and they set me up for appointment.
Once I arrived, Chris assisted me to bring the car inside the garage. I asked if I need a ride home while I wait. He told me it will only take about an hour to repair so I decided to wait in the office. Chris kept me company so we chatted. He was very nice and if I ever needed any future wraps he would offer me discount.
The car was finished about an hour and looked as good
