We specialize in weddings, yet also have ample experience with corporate, school and even residential gatherings. We serve all of Whidbey Island in the beautiful Puget Sound, but will travel to outlying areas as needed for clients (within reason). It starts with a philosophy. Services
Mark Pendergrast has been hooked on DJing ever since he first slipped behind a mixer at a house party in the early 90s and saw the crowd fill the dance floor. In the following years, Mark has turned his passion into a successful DJ career, with countless gigs spinning tunes at Seattle and Pacific Northwest area weddings, corporate events and of course his standby, house parties.

A little synopsis. My wife and I were supposed to be married in 2020 and had lined Mark up for our wedding back in 2019. Well, 2020 decided to throw everything out the window and make everything as challenging as possible for the wedding. But! Mark was there with us every step and was very understanding and worked with us with no pushback or issue. He is super friendly, easy going, and listened to our tastes and made an awesome playlist

We haven't thrown many parties before, but we looked around for our wedding and were so happy that we found DJ Mark. He was extremely helpful when we came to him, the terrible planners we are. He guided us through all of the music and dance and timing things that we hadn't even thought about yet. He was super friendly and helpful.
During the wedding, he was also fantastic. He was right on time. Setup the primary speaker quickly and then setup his secondary set near the ceremony space.
The ceremony music went off without a hitch and was perfectly timed and then the reception was fantastic

Mark was the DJ for our wedding this past July, he does absolutely AMAZING work! Everyone (including the gma's and gpa's) were moving on the dance floor. He was very accommodating the day of when I asked him to add a song into our ceremony last minute. He was a huge part of making our wedding day so incredibly special. I have already suggested DJ Mark to two of my friends getting married in the near future and recommend that anyone reading this review utilize his skills as well. He does not disappoint!

Mark was the PERFECT DJ for our Whidbey Wedding! He was an essential part of everyone having a great time, as he did a masterful job of emcee'ing the whole evening from the second the ceremony ended through dinner to the last dance. He was energetic and fun without being a distraction or trying to steal the show, which we really appreciated.

We hired DJ Mark, of 'Let's Dance DJ's, and couldn't be happier! Our dance floor was rocking from the moment the parents dances ended, until the end. I've never actually seen that many people get up and dance that instantaneously. The best times I've had at other weddings were when the dance floor was a riot, and we were hoping for that feeling. DJ Mark rocks! Our wedding reception was so much fun...Mark made sure the dance floor was pumping until the very last minute! Several guests told me it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to! My husband and I are very passionate about music and Mark was terrific about playing songs that he knew we would like (we gave him a list of some of our favorites to give him a feel for our taste). If your biggest fear is hiring some super cheesy DJ who only plays wedding classics and talks too much, then look no further...you have nothing to worry about with DJ Mark!
