I called the wrecker service because I had a previous good experience with the owner. I called because my daughter had broken down on the interstate far from any exits. I gave him the location and Jake Powell had a truck there within 7 mins. I know had I called my roadside assistance it would have taken much longer than that to just find a provider. I will never use anyone else. Excellent customer service!

I just wanna say a big thank you to the guys that moved my car today! Not only did they get there within the hour, they put it exactly how I wanted it, despite the tires being flat. They were beyond helpful and even dropped us off at the hotel we ended up staying at while our car got fixed! I would highly recommend them! They are professional and friendly!

I highly recommend Powell Wrecker Service. They went above and beyond to help my family when our alternator went out. Not only did they arrive quickly and tow us, but they also got us in contact with a mechanic and called later to check on us. We broke down on i-65 coming home from vacation and our car broke down. we called powell wrecker service and within minutes they were to our rescue. the driver dusty was very professional and very personable. he took us to downtown prattville to firestone complete auto care due to he wanted to ensure that we were close to business and restaurants so we would have options of getting home. i would recommend powell wrecker service to anyone.
