No problems with service or time management. Extremely small portions. Most entres seem to be about 25% entre and 75% side. I ordered the steak tacos and I had two tiny, street-sized tacos (with no cheese or sour cream, these items had to be ordered separately) and almost an entire platter of rice and beans. I am not complaining about the sides, I am complaining about the portions. Unfortunately, for me, the food quality and portion size for the price is not worth it.

I honestly wish I would have wadded up $30 and thrown it on the ground. I ordered 21 single fajitas and what came out was a huge plate of onions and 4 slices of meat. Which I cut up into a lot or small pieces. I bit into a bone ..seriously...they get 2 stars because the server was nice. Worst prices for the amount of food. Had to pay extra for cheese and the pici was less than a teaspoon. I won't be back . Go to Los Mayas not great service but the best food and great prices. Picture looks like more meat thN what there was because it was cut up

Barely squeaked out the 3 star-first impression was terrible with the main server/manager being a terrible person with terrible person skills. Second the food came out cold and the entire place may be dangerously understaffed.
Pros-cold bar to keep your beer or refreshments Ice cold.
Cool atmosphere
Despite the good being cold, the app was delicious and the main entre was still good.
Fresh cut limes
Awesome music
Cons-clean up your staffing issues

The chips were great and I enjoyed the guacamole salsa. The salsa was so-so. The containers the salsa come in were too small to really dip the chips in. We ended up having to pour the salsa on the chips. She had the Tres Hermanos. The pineapple salsa consisted of 3 small slivers of pineapple. The pork was dry and bland and the beef was similar to a pot roast sandwich. She did love the in-house made tortillas. I had the Big Bend steak burrito and was confused with the amount of what appeared to be fire roasted Rotel poured all over it. I do love fire roasted Rotel but it was not drained and created

The service was fantastic, they definitely excel in customer service. The margaritas are fair, nothing ground breaking. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the food was mediocre considering the price. I'll definitely continue to go to Rio Sabinas, I'm just going to order different next time.

Setting: great location on the west end with lots of room for big groups, if needed. Cool artwork inside and out and a Seattle grunge type bathroom
Service: very friendly staff. Kind and we’re good about refills and chips.
Food: if the food had more flavor I think this would be a 5 star spot. Chips and green/red salsa arrive when you sit. The beverage glasses are large. The lemonade is Minute Maid. The shrimp Laredo is covered to much in sauce and lacking flavor. Fried shrimp tacos are good and surprisingly filling. The fried chicken tacos are bland. Maybe more cilantro or more jalapeño ranch

Fail!
New waiter took 20
Minutes to deliver 2 odouls to our table. We ordered 2 drafts from odells brewery of Colorado.
He did not listen 3 times to the order we placed.
After hearing we would have at least a 30 minute wait for food, with only 1/3rd of tables filled , we opted to simply leave.
A waste of time!
We'd be hard pressed to enter the building again.
Zero stars are not available.

Chips were decent, but the "salsa" was really enchilada sauce you find in a bottle, and guacamole sauce from a bag. Ordered a chicken chimichanga and a shredded beef taco with rice and beans. The chimichanga came with American cheese melted on top, the rice was overly salted. The only decent items were the charro beans and the shredded beef taco. When asking for a hot sauce, they bring you a Tabasco type jalapeño sauce or tapatio. There is nothing Tex-Amex or authentic about the food. I'd prefer Tacobell . Would've gave them one for the food, but the service was good. The employees

The service was butt cheeks... not good at all. They had 1 waitress for about 6-7 tables and she just kept Ignoring us. The food, very small portions especially for how much you pay. It did not taste that good, it reminded of some Mexican food that you find on the floor of a bus station. Will not return ever. Thank for taking the time to read this review. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have a dairy allergey and only caught the sour cream on the fajita bowl i ordered. They came back out and were really kind about adding lettuce instead of the rice and refiring my chicken as both had dairy in them. The pineapple mojito on the seasonal drink menu is amazing as well. I will be eating here again when we come back through billings.

Friendly greeting, but young girl who was our server was not good. It took forever every to get drinks and food order taken. When we would ask for extra chips or salsa it would take a while before we would see anything.
Food portions were good size for the price but lacked flavor. I had the Yellowstone burrito with pork. Not much pork but lots of beans and rice. Salsa was okay but the habanero salsa was full of pineapple and not heat.
Very disappointing for the food there. I can say that the drinks from the bar were excellent.
