Me and atleast 10 other costumers spend over one hour and a half waiting to make a payment but nobody opened the door or showed up or even picked up the phone.
They didnt even have the courtesy to leave a sign that they were out to lunch or something. Hire someone more professional or close down your business. Trash!

(Apparently now there’s a $2 late fee for every day that you go past your due date to pay) well, because of no one being present so that I could pay for my car insurance I had to pay a late fee. It’s very rude and unprofessional to have clients waiting outside of the business until someone arrives for two hours while they’re supposed to be OPEN. It’s unfair that I could have paid on time when I went by, but instead ended up paying a late fee. Now apparently there’s only one lady working here. Maybe she was at lunch, but then she should turn off the sign that says “Open” and put a
