I called and asked if they had a berg ice unit for after knee surgery and if they had it in stock with the knee pad to purchase. I was told that it was in shock and could come get it that day. I live in Veneta and it is about a 25minute dive to come in so I wanted to be sure they had it before coming in. Once I got there the person I talked to on the phone went in the back for quite some time to return and tell me that they only had the cooling unit and the knee pad attachment I needed would have to be ordered and would take up to 6 days. This place is small but packed with great help, a good variety of medical equipment and supplies. It’s our go-to center for any medical need. And the staff are extremely helpful and thorough.

This is by far the best medical supply center in the Lane County area. Great help. Good supply of medical equipment. Easy parking. All around great place to get anything medical.

It is unfortunate, but they are not equipped with everything that a person with a Disability would be needing,but again the Employees who are very helpful with Your needs and will try their best to accommodate You and give You the Best Options for Your Disability Needs and where to go and who to go through to find what You are needing and looking for, but even though they might be a smaller Medical Warehouse than some of the Others ,I would really Appreciate that You will Please Give Them a Call or Go ahead and go See them and maybe what they might be able to do with the List of things that You

I had an emergency from an injury and my experience with this company was A+. The lady who helped me was Cindy. She even brought out my knee scooter and paper work since I couldn't walk. Thank you All-Med

My dad was suddenly diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer and was to start chemo immediately. Cindy and their driver helped me get a hospital bed and wheelchair delivered the same day as I called! Customer service was excellent and I am just thrilled for their help getting my dad what he needed so quickly. Thanks everyone!!

I've been in this facility (River Road, Eugene, OR) twice in the last 4-5 weeks and only Cindy is wearing a mask.

This is a medical equipment supply shop. Anyone going in this facility is either compromised or is there to pick up items for someone who is compromised. In addition, based on the CDC guidelines, Cindy would be considered vulnerable to COVID. Not wearing a mask around those that are compromised or vulnerable is selfish and cruel.

Very helpful and honest information when calling in to ask about replacing a walker part. I had a lot of challenges calling shops around town for this particular walker brand and Gina on the phone was helpful with looking up the information, suggested constructive and affordable solutions, and just overall genuine with the service and costs they are able to provide. Will for sure visit the shop for any future needs!

What a joke this place is, they have had my chair in for repairs 4 times under warranty and always had excuses that there is nothing wrong yet the chair has been doing the same thing for almost 8 months. I decided to go somewhere that has solutions and not excuses so my chair doesn't die in the middle of the street..

I cannot say enough good things about this business. My husband fractured his right shoulder and left knee cap. They helped me with every purchase and when the rental hospital bed was uncomfortable they provided a free gel overlay which is normally $70 a month. Also, when we needed the rails on the bed moved the owner came out personally at the end of the business day on a Friday. Same day service. Great company!

Allmed fixed my power chairs' right arm and right affer, as i was going down the sidewalk, the whole right arm fell off; I couldn't even get home..,, i swerved off into traffic. the Police had to pick me .I hhurt myself,,falling on the sidewalk.By thhe time I got homes,in pieces, I was frozen. They had to be called,to fix it at home, tried to charge me more cause they made a house call. WHY they said it was fixed,I have no idea.Go some where else.

Just looked them up once again because I got a hernia! Ouch, but I know at All Med I will get the support I need :-)
Been to them before for sprained ankles and wrists and a rotator cuff tear.
They have a huge selection and lots of their stuff is made in the USA - not the junk they sell at the drug stores. Many times a well made support there is less expensive than a flimsy alternative sold at a drugstore chain!
