Left hearing worked fine on bluetooth but only on bluetooth. David went right to the problem & replaced the small white filter behind the ear plug. He explained that I needed a part that Siemens had but he did not. His temporary fix made a slight improvement and there was no charge!!!
I moved from
Calif & did not have a local placevto go but I will be seeing Dave @ Audibel again… as soon as my insurance entitles me to a new set of hearing aids.

I have been with David Ruark for years. I went to him for the ringing in my ears. It was getting so bad that I couldn't concentrate. After David set me up with the newest type of hear ads I could finally hear what people were saying. They are hooked up to my I-Phone and I'm able to adjust the volume the different places I am in like in my car, office, Restaurant, TV and best of all Tinnitus for the ringing in my ears.
David and Tawna are like my family. Tawna always greets me went I come in with a smile and is just a sweetheart. David makes me feel so comfortable and spends quality time with me

My brother told me about Audibel and David Ruark one morning while having breakfast at a nearby restaurant. I went to the Audibel store right after and they promptly set me up with an appointment. David's assistant Tawna was very helpful. When ever I have a problem Tawna always finds a way to squeeze me into their schedule. I have been very happy with the service they provide at Audibel in West Jordan.

I love my Audibel hearing aids that David provided me with. I’ve been with David and Tawna now for over 9 years and extremely pleased with the service and product they provide me. He has upgraded my hearing aids as new technology improves. I would recommend their office to anyone who suffers from hearing loss. They are efficient, competent, courteous and treat me like family when I see them. Any time I have had an issue, mainly my fault, they are there to take care of it. My husband has been coming to David at Audibel Hearing Center for 9 years. We have loved the excellent service that David has provided. He has showed patients with training my husband on how to connect his hearing aids to his new IPhone and making sure he felt comfortable with using both of them together.
He cleans out the wax from his ears to make sure his hearing is not impaired by any wax.... and even cleaned out mine while I was with my husband at an appointment!!! David and his assistant, Tawna are very personable and very friendly which helps to make my husband visits enjoyable.
