Law Office Of A. Thomas Stubbs
I have decades of experience representing individuals and families in wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. If someone's negligence has led to injury or death for you or a loved one, then let me help you recover for your loss. If you or a loved one has been charged with a crime, or if you believe your civil rights have been violated, I can help.

Developing the facts of your case as quickly as possible after the incident is important. I am an experienced and recognized leader in fighting wrongful foreclosure, as well as advocating for consumers whose credit reports have been wrongly accessed or contain erroneous information. Everyone, especially couples with children, should have an overall estate plan.
Services
If you are considering placing the fate of your case in my hands, it only stands to reason that you will want to know a bit about me. One of five children, I was born and raised in Georgia. I attended DeKalb County public schools. Upon graduating from high school, I attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where I double majored in English and Economics and received my Bachelor's degree in 1979.
If you have been seriously injured or lost a loved one through the negligence of others, you may be able to receive compensation for your loss and damages, which include past and future medical costs, lost income, and pain and suffering. Over the past twenty years, my firm has handled hundreds of serious injury cases-from pedestrians struck by vehicles to railroad crossing accidents to airplane crashes to premises liability.
This is the information age. Your life - your income, buying habits, debts, housing, and jobs - has already probably been profiled and dissected by at least one, if not all three, of the big credit bureaus. Those companies make their money by selling your profile in one form or another as often as possible.
If you have an issue regarding wills, estate planning, probate of estates, or probate-related litigation, then I can be of assistance. Estate planning is a three-legged stool. You should have a Last Will and Testament, a Financial Power of Attorney, and an Advanced Directive to provide guidance for your health care when you are unable to communicate.
There is nothing worse that being wrongly accused of something. When that wrongful accusation is made in our criminal justice system, everything in your world is suddenly at risk. Contact me immediately if you have been arrested or believe you are a target of an investigation. You need an attorney who can jump in and find every avenue for proving your innocence.

The worse attorney I have ever come in contact with. I found him to be a liar and one of the most dishonest attorneys I have ever met in my life. He seemed to be only too happy to help my sister in forcing my mother (who had been diagnosed with cancer and was only given a few days to live)and was on strong pain killers and cancer drugs to change her will for a price. In my opinion, he would do anything for money. I think he is the most unethical person I have ever met in my life. I don't believe he knows what good morals are.
