Super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be spending more money there. So happy it’s only a few miles from where I live and happy to support a local business.

I ordered the center stand and received an estimated shipping / pick up in store right away. Then I received an email stating it would be delayed which I can totally understand with the way things are right now. I continued to be notified of the status of my order and as soon as it was ready I received an email stating such. Thanks for all the updates!

TLDR; 10 /10 Customer service, great watertight product.
I came by mid-trip hoping to upgrade my plastic "top box" and whoa boy, did I! I can't remember the names of the 2 gentlemen who helped me, but they went above and beyond to get me kitted with a proper box for the rest of my trip. They stayed late and did so with a smile and winning attitude. I left with a sweet locking 52L box which has successfully kept all sorts of gear, camping goods and electronics dry. Very reasonably priced I might add. I did have to drill a few more holes to mount it than I would've liked, but only bc I did a rush

Purchased center stand. website had no alerts or indication of delays. 3 weeks not one work from the company. had to reach out myself and get a response saying they dont know when it will be able to ship. week later i have to email again. and they said it will ship this week - it didnt powder coating had issues then delayed another week. didnt offer any discount or compensation. i even asked for free shipping or a discount and has denied. will not be ordering their products again.

Terrible company. Ordered their skid plate for a 1999 BMW F650 "Funduro" - I tried to install it and also had a professional mechanic try to install it - They sent me the wrong skid plate. I contacted them and sent it back for a return. They decided to refund me $64, originally I spent $124 on it. Screw this company, the have terrible customer service and don't acknowledge their mistakes. I should have received a FULL refund, they sent me the wrong item. Don't buy from this company.

I am disappointed that this store has gone down the road of listing products for sale that they don't have in stock and not noting that on their website. I ordered a KLR650 LED tail light replacement and received a note right away to say the order was sent to their warehouse and I would receive another email when it was shipped. After about two weeks with no word I emailed them and was told it would be another week and a bit before it would be shipped. I asked for and received an immediate refund which is why I have given two stars instead of one. If anyone at the store is listening I would recommend

It's disappointing (and taking advantage of customers) that they charge 25% restocking fee for refunds. That would be a $100 penalty on a returned item that cost $400. Also, you can forget about any enticing free mailing or promo discounts. Shipping charges run high. So I'll take my business on down the road.

Ordered a Clymer's manual 3 weeks ago from them. After 7 days, I called to check up on the order. They had charged me twice for the same thing, and then tried to say I ordered two of the same manuals...took 4 days to get the money back from that sale. Then they told me it was shipping out that day...well, another 10 days, and it still hasn't left Idaho. I'd fire the shipping guy/girl, and hire people who won't lie to your bread and butter customers...

I ordered items over three weeks ago and have yet to receive them. Called and received promises of a call back but no call, will not respond to email request either. Did find out though that one part of order was never ordered from manufacturer, other part not fabricated yet and will take another month. Poor communication and disorganized. Have started outfitting new bike from Touratec and BestRest instead. Disappointed, frustrated and spending my money elsewhere.

These folks make awesome adventure motorcycle panniers. I even got a set of them shipped same week and mounted them a few days after I ordered them. They were really helpful on the phone about choosing the right size product for my bike as they had a few variations. Pretty tough stuff too, bike got all banged up in a front end collision but you wouldn't know it looking at the boxes, not a scratch on them.
