The gentleman from Window World James Carter that came out to my home has to be one of the most rudest people I have ever dealt with. He refused to answer questions and would not answer any of my questions. He said I could "Figure it out myself by looking at the paperwork!" Are you serious? No thank you if you don't have time for your customers or can't make time why schedule appointments to only be rude to them. I would never ever recommend this company for anything. I had a great experience with Window World. The estimator was very professional and explained things very thoroughly. He answered all of my questions. There was no pressure on me to buy the same day. I believe Bryce was my salesman's name. The installers were quick and cleaned up their mess. The windows look great.

Awesome windows. My gas bill has been cut in half due to the new windows. The only reason I rated a 4 is because, they have not sent a referral check to my friends who referred me to them. I filled out all the paperwork two months ago and still....they have not received anything. I will be contacting Kari soon to see what the issue is.
