It I could give a 0 star review, I would. Worst people I have ever dealt with. Asked for a withdrawal, three times they have sent the check to the wrong place. So I have now paid 3 check fees to send($60 each) and 3 stop check fees($60 each). Now I ask for an ACH and they take wells to send out the ACH, and charged me again($60) to send that. I have to pay $420 to get “my” money........ ridiculous!

So I've had two previous pension plan administrators so I think I can give a real world evaluation of the value and service from this company. First off a pension plan company MUST comply with complex laws that regularly changed so keep that in mind when reading other comments. I first consulted with Ingham many years ago perhaps 20 when I realized that something wasn't right with my existing provider. Ken Ingham looked at my old plan and pointed out the excessively high fees that I was paying. When you pay a higher fee this really eats into your long term savings much more than you'd think so

Their customer service is horrible, rude and non-willing to help. This company is holding onto my 401K and ignoring my request to withdraw. I left a Florida based company six months ago and wish to withdraw my 401K. They refer you to their website, advising one that they cannot withdraw over the phone. One goes to their website and they block you so you cannot withdraw. They are holding onto my money. Not an easy to do business company. Please do not trust them with your money.

Pretty rude customer service and there website does not work.
They take no ownership for following up and executing adjustments made to your plan even though they we're made and are reflected on their website.
It isn't like they're stealing your money as far as I can tell. They just are not managing it professionally or good to deal with.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the field and relays the information in a comprehensive manner. All while ensuring you know how imperative it is to be engaged in your 401k profile!
Thank you!

Great customer service. Brian McCormick took care of my issue I was having with my loan officer in regards to my 401k. He was very nice, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved!! Everyone was warm and super nice from the minute I walked in to walking out.

My former employer uses Ingham for the 401k management. Once I left that employer I tried transferring the money to a new account.
First, I had to pay off my 401k loan. I did this before leaving my former company and submitted the pay off amount they gave me. But somehow 40 bucks went 'missing' and the loan was reading higher than it should have been which means my final payoff amount wasn't right. After talking to their tech support and eventually getting a call back they said something along the lines of, "I talked to our manager and we fixed the error". Somehow they misplaced money and then
