Most of our time is spent searching out the best candidates to provide our clients with top choices! Each resume is carefully reviewed to ensure we contact all individuals who may be a good fit for our client's needs. We spend quality time calling all qualified candidates and then meeting in person or conducting video calls with those that are the best fits.
We have the technology, process, skills, experience, and time to make this a more efficient process than is possible for a company without recruiting resources. This helps to ensure that the company doesn't spend time looking at hundreds of candidates - they see the top candidates who are qualified and interested.
Unless you are just starting out in your career or looking for a career change, don't use an "objective" - replace with a career summary or list of accomplishments. Use a clean, well-formatted resume with proper bulleting and bolding and make sure it is consistent. Let your years of experience and your accomplishments dictate the length of your resume but don't make it a book - Keep it simple.
Google is your friend - use it! You don't need to be a historian about the company but know what they do, who their customers are, their mission/vision, size, etc. Glassdoor is also a good resource for researching companies as well as Indeed. Be prepared to answer the question - "So, what do you know about us?"
