Private sessions are seventy-five minutes in length. At the time of your appointment, please remove metal from the body and turn off electronic devices. Some clients opt to keep a notepad & pencil handy to record insights. Find a comfortable reclining position; and, beginning with an exhaling breath, establish an even breathing pattern, which you will observe until you feel a sense of calm relaxation.

A gentle nudge is all you need sometimes. A little assist to steer your mind, body and soul on the journey of self to the self. Julian is a rare, authentic, gentle yogi/author who is genuinely operating from a space in the flow. She immediately connects with you and finds common ground, so you can relate to her spirit filled human experience on and off the mat. What an incredible resource and guide for those seeking a little healing, stillness, peace and growth. Maybe we just need a reminder to remember to remember, who we truly are.
