The staff in the front is very unprofessional. They are rude and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit . I had a issue with one of the young ladies that was over the front staff i didn’t receive A text about coming in at 4pm So I came in my regular time .5:30 . She had a attitude I later found out because she felt I came in late . I had yet to receive a apology.

I went to an independent medical examination on July 12, 2019. Upon arrival, the floors were disgusting, the vents had mold and it smelled awful. I had my mother with me for the examination but then was told by the doctors assistant that the doctor will not allow my mother in the examination room with me. It was very weird. I continued with the examination and he barely touched my body to feel any trigger points or anything wrong with my body. I asked him “are you going to examine my body further? And Dr.Alpert shortly replied “I already did” when asking my medical history (mental illnesses
