I have used them for a couple of years now to do my taxes - just a simple non-itemized income tax return, nothing out of the ordinary. First year they did a great job for me and the fee was reasonable. Second year - completely different story. When I asked quesitons about how to fine tune my W2 and a few other small things to help me not have to write a check again - was completely blown off and my question was never even answered. Then I get the invoice for doing my taxes - 50% increase over the year before for essentially the same amount of work.
