I reserved a mobility scooter during my trip to Atlantic City to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary. The first scooter they bought me died after only being on the boardwalk for about 20 mins. I reached out to the main office, and Jen had the delivery guy immediately bring me a replacement scooter. The only downside I had with the company was that my scooter was delivered to my resort 2 hours after the requested drop off time. When I visit Atlantic City again, I will definitely be using Mobility On Wheels again.

At 11am I called and paid $50.00 + tax for a scooter at Resorts Atlantic City. After three calls to mobility and four calls to the front desk, at almost 12 noon I finally got my scooter.since Resort’s only gives bus arrivals six hours,

Cannot recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
We called last minute for a wheel chair and they delivered it right to the hotel property within an hour. Each time we spoke to someone with questions or to extend our time they were professional, courteous, and super friendly. They were actually a pleasure to deal with.
Will definitely be using them for our future vacations.

I've been renting my scooter from here for 2 weeks+ and each day I received phenomenal service from Jeanie( I hope I'm spelling it right) and Shell .They're super friendly, understanding & professional. I definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the Atlantic City area and will need to rent a scooter/wheelchair! Thanks again ladies !

Rented 2 scooters 4 broke down, we spent more time exchanging the scooters than riding them. I tried to rectify the situation online without calling and the website was not working on my mobile device. I ended up calling and the lady who I spoke to on thought it was necessary to argue me down that the website was working instead of actually helping me with my issue. Thank God I didn’t actually have a mobility issue and we only rented the scooters for convenience because we would have be stranded numerous times. Never again.

Great experience! My daughter found a card with calling information. When we called, the associate was very friendly and explained the whole process. THEY EVEN delivered the the mobile device to the hotel we were staying, explaining they would pick it up at the same hotel when we were finished with it. And it was less than $43.00 per day. WOW!!! They delivered, explained how to operate, explained how to charge the battery, if needed, and provided the receipt. My wife was skeptical at first, but after riding it a few minutes, she loved it. She was so HAPPY that we made the decision to get it, and

I need to compliment Mike and Melissa for the excellent service they provided when I was shopping and later purchased a scooter. Outstanding customer service should always be commended, Mobility on Wheels employees are the best in the business. While shopping an employee, Andrew, introduced himself and welcomed me to the store. I have been a rental customer for several years and I will miss dealing with the professional, caring staff. as I no longer need to rent a scooter. Keep up the excellent work! I will always recommend Mobility on Wheels 100% of the time!
