I’m pretty certain I’ve never given anyone 1⭐️ However my experience with this company was terrible. They blamed the chemical co & is for poor performance. After 6mo of begging & pleading with them we called someone else on @ our cost. This guy came in & corrected the install. The buying experience was great. Service was horrible.

I have purchaser two stack-able gas dryers from pierce. their quote/ contract 16312 clearly states that they will install 4 (w10402145) lp conv kit sterling silverado csp-comm installed on dryer for 50.00 a dryer a total of two hundreds dollars. when i received them this job was not performed on them. I deducted the two hundred dollars from the total price. i now need for them to come out to work on one set and they have refused to. they are requesting me to pay them 120.00 for the conversions kits. this was a separate invoice after i told them that the job that they said would be performed was

I have been a loyal customer of Pierce Commercial for some time and they don't seem to care. It's been 3 weeks and I can't seem to get anyone to come service our machines. I have been having trouble getting someone to return my calls and get a technician out to my property for at least a year now. If I could give a zero, I would. If there were commercial laundry companies locally I would find someone else in a heart beat. I do not recommend this company. Sorry.

This company is absolutely the worst in the world. Used to be better. Have been calling them and calling them. They have a recording on that says somebody will get back with you within 24 hours -no one ever gets back with you. secondly, 24 hours are you kidding? everybody else answers the phone the same day what is going on? We will be purchasing our machines from now on with a different company. Do not use this company!!!

Worked briefly for Peirce commercial laundry @ one month too be exact owners are great people office staff is very welcoming the shinning star of the company is Mrs. Audra parts manager. I was hired to be a service tech but the service department is very unorganized every morning I arrived 7:30am.. would not leave until after 9:00am customers are left waiting for weeks to get service not because they have a lot of customers to service they just have poor planning it is totally chaos in the mornings as far as working for the company their is no structural Employment they don't offer any benefits

The owner George Pierce is an incredible person and owner who sincerely cares about all of his customer's and employee's.
