A: There are several reasons why our equipment is less exspesive than other brands on the market. We don't have sales reps working off of commision in every city- We sell all over the world directly to the customer from right here in Texas. We don't have any paper catalogs or magazines. We offer all of our products online and send information via fax and email, what we save in paper products we pass down to our customer.
Most of our sewer camera systems are base models. They come standard with a monitor, camera head, pushrod, control box, 512hz Sonde/Transmitter. They DO NOT come standard with: Digital On Screen Footage Counter, Locator Wand, Recording Device, Transmitter Box, Self Leveling Camera Head, Battery Power, etc.

I recently purchased a few warthog nozzles thinking they were going to be of excellent quality. Boy was I wrong!!! I have waited 13 weeks and my stuff still hasn’t arrived. I called this company and ask to speak to the owner who’s name was Nick. The owner invited me over to speak with him about the nozzles. We sat down in this conference room. 5 mins into the discussion Nick started MOANING!!! Initially I thought he was having a seizure, but Nick corrected me and stated he was not. We spent a lot of money with this company back when we started our business. We have had nothing but issues with the equipment. We have used several different camera brands during our time in the drain cleaning business and never experienced this many problems with sewer cameras. I highly recommend purchasing from another company that actually makes good equipment. Pay a little extra and have something that will last. If only we knew this before we spent all that money. Check the reviews! We figured we would give them a chance, and boy was that an expensive mistake!

I've been using sewer cameras for over 20 years. We bought a package deal from the for a large camera, small camera both with locate transmitters, locate wand, leak detection equipment and so on. Needless to say we spent a pretty penny. The only thing that still works are the products they sold us that they don't make. Both of their cameras were garbage, monitors included. Both broke immediately and both have been useless since we bought them. These guys are less than friendly. As a small business owner we are always looking for good deals. My advice get a loan or save your money for a Ridgid system
