I’ve been a patient since 2006 and recently decided to find another dr because as good as my surgeon is they constantly over book him and you never see the dr without having to wait an hour or more. If you cancel late or come late you are charged but they show no concern for their patients schedules. I’ve complained many times and it never improved.

I was RVing from Illinois and needed a steroid shot for my knee. It was so easy to schedule an appointment. When I got to the office, it was so convenient and fast to get an exray and the shot I needed. Very professional yet friendly and courteous doctor and staff. Very good experience foe a traveler

Dr. Mathis is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable as well as his nurse, day surgery and PT.
However, I was greatly disappointed with the billing. Received knee brace from them and was told there is a 20% copay which I agreed and paid upfront in full. I made sure to confirm that would be my only payment based on budget. They agreed. A month later, I received a bill from them stating that I still owed a certain amount on the knee brace because insurance did not pay them enough. I do not think this is right, especially when I asked them clearly to confirm that would be my only payment for that specific

I received 25 p.t. sessions for my fractured shoulder. My physical therapist was David P.☆☆☆☆☆He was a super professional and did an amazing job encouraging me to stretch this stiff arm and hand. I am so much better and I have the skill to push myself now therapy is complete. I am forever thankful for David and G. for helping and encouraging. Also thank you to Skyler helping me every visit at the front desk. I would recommend them to anyone!☆☆☆☆☆ I also had an appointment with Dct. Smith to help with my swollen/stiff fingers due to my fracture. He is patient to listen and wise

I had a knee replacement from Dr Mathis 12 years ago so I knew where to come for Carpal Tunnel surgery. Dr. Kevin Smith did the surgery in 2017. So I came back in August this year for my other knee with Dr Mathis.
This group believes in excellence and kindness.
I recommend this group to all my tennis and golf buddies. That’s how I go found them, Jerry Jones a golfer at Champions Golf Club told me this is the best orthopedic group in Houston.

Everyone seems so genuinely nice. I came in and the power went out right before I was going to speak to the Dr. They were suppose to call and reschedule my appointment but no one has done so. My information was probably lost in the chaos. I'll definitely need to schedule that again to talk with the Dr.

Dr. Mathis, took the time and answered all my questions dealing with my injury and listened to my concerns. Dr.Mathis and his staff are amazing and made the wife and I feel like we were in the best hands to handle my injury, as surgery is necessary. I have not had the surgery as of yet as I am dealing with other issues that need to be addressed first.
Will follow up once the issue is resolved and the surgery is completed.

This office is awesome. They have the best staff. I love Dr. Leahy and Dr. john. They are the best. They did a lumbar surgery on my back and make me feel comfortable as possible. There still taking care of me and there the best. I trust them for anything I need done and i would highly recommend them.

Dr. Mathis is good up till you have your procedure done. Then, good luck in getting in touch with him for a follow-up evaluation. I had an appointment to see Dr. Mathis over a month ago. The office just called and said they had to reschedule it. The first available is weeks from now. I told the appointment scheduler I can't make it that day. She said "ok" & hung up on me. I didn't get a chance to say that I rearrange my whole schedule for this appointment. That I'll be driving 5 hours to Tomball for this appointment. That I'll be half way to Florida the
